Due
to its smooth, slippery surface, the Teflon Liner is
useful for pulling both 3/64” (1.2mm) and 1/16”
(1.6mm) Aluminum Electrode. It installs in the QCC®
or QCC-HD® Conduits, making an aluminum system
with all the advantages of steel reinforcement. Teflon
Liner comes in .125” (3.2mm) I.D. x 50’
(15.2m) lengths and is easily cut to length for field
installation. Screw on a Liner
Stop to the inlet end to retain position in the
conduit.
Nylon
Liner has superior life when compared to Teflon, but
with some sacrifice to lubricity. Like the Teflon Liner,
the Nylon Liner installs in the QCC®
or QCC-HD® Conduits. Nylon Liner comes in .140”
(3.6mm) I.D. x 100’ (30.48m) lengths and is easily
cut to length for field installation. Screw on a Liner
Stop to the inlet end to retain position in the
conduit.
