BENEFITS OF USING DURA-DOMES®:
Dura-Dome® 500 measures 21” (53.3cm) square for use with popular recyclable square box electrode packaging. Upon installation, the dome protects the operator from accidental contact with the electrode. The electrode is kept clean - repelling grinding dust, slag, spatter, and other airborne contaminants, while providing an economical payout of your welding electrode.
FAST 'N EASY® INSTALLATION:
No tools are needed to install Dura-Domes® on square box electrode. Dura-Domes® are designed for use on popular carton sizes world-wide.
CLEAR DURA-DOMES®:
Widely used by industry, the clear plastic cover allows “At a Glance” inspection of the electrode with a full 360° view. Constructed of impact-resistant clear plastic, the unit resists cracking and breakage.
ACCESSIBILITY:
All Dura-Domes® have a clear access/inspection flap that allows access and viewing of the electrode without removing the dome. Heavy-duty insulated rivets keep the flap safely in place.
 
  Dura-Dome® 500 Easily Installs Over Standard Square Box Electrode in Three Easy Steps:  
     
  1.  Install a Dome Connector Kit onto the Dura-Dome®.  
     
  2. Open the carton of electrode, folding flaps down to the outside.  
     
  3.  Unfold the inner liner (if supplied) over the outside of the carton, and slip the dome over the carton to secure.  
     
     
Dura-Domes® are  designed for use on standard box sizes (see Fiber Drum Reference Guide).

Add a Dome Connector Kit & QCI Insulator:
  
     
 
Dome Connector Kit is complete with the Quick Connect, washers, and wear-resistant steel inlet nut for quick connection to all Electron Beam conduit bayonets. The QCI Insulator insulates all metal connections, eliminating short circuits and shock hazards.
