Straight 'N Easy®

Wire Straightener

Straightens welding electrode for easy feeding and precise positioning. Can be used to load welding electrode for better power transfer if tip arcing occurs.
Modular design adapts to wire feeders, pay-out systems, or in-line with the conduit. Remote mounted in any location. Join two or more straighteners together for greater effect. Compact and lightweight.
Electrically Isolated Ball Bearing Straightening Rolls for all types of welding electrode from .023 (0.6mm) to 1/8” 3.2mm) diameter. Requires adaptors for quick disconnect set up.

Strain Relief

Heavy wall rubberized tubing may be placed in position on any conduit, heat activated, adding reinforcement where needed. The 1-3/32” (27.7mm) I.D. reinforcement can recover to 1/2” (12.7mm) I.D.

QCI Insulator

Non-conductive. Withstands spatter melting and high temperatures of the welding environment. Slides over connectors to insulate and isolate the fitting from short circuit.

QCB Bulk Head Connector

Quick connect with 1/2”-20 male threads, washers, and nut. Quick connect installation for remote electrode reels or custom installations where threads are not provided.
Ideally mounts into a 1/2” (12.7mm) diameter hole up to 3/8” (9.5mm) thick using the washers and nut supplied.

Bulk Head Mounting Block

Mounting block electrically isolates the QCB Bulk Head Connector and provides easy mounting to equipment. Can be face mounted through 3/16” (4.7mm) holes, or base mounted using the 1/4”-20 threads provided.

QCC Coupler

Double sided female quick connector. Ideal for extending conduit systems or joining different styles of conduits. Coupler connects any two conduits with the Electron Beam male bayonet fitting or connector. Coupler is provided with an electrical insulating sleeve and retaining strap to prevent short circuits. It may be rigidly mounted to equipment using the Coupler Mounting Block.

Coupler Mounting Block

Mounting block electrically isolates and remotely mounts the QCC® Coupler. The block may face mount through the 1/4” (6.3mm) holes, or base mounted using the 5/16”-18 threads provided.
